Character of TIBA Festival is competitive.
TIBA includes plays for children and youth. It was established in 2003, and entered ASSITEJs calendar of festivals in 2004.
Founder of the Festival is BelgradevCity Hall, and the organizer is Boško Buha Theater, Belgrade.

But one thing is certain - after TIBA nothing will be as it was before...
Festival je takmičarskog karaktera.
Učestvuju predstave za decu i omladinu. Osnovan je 2003. godine. Usao je u ASSITEJ-ov kalendar Festvala 2004.god. Osnivač festivala je Skupština grada Beograda, organizator Pozorište Boško Buha.
